Foundation, PDP provide free medical services to Share community

The Ojomu Foundation in conjunction with the Peoples Democratic Party provided Free Mobile Medical Test , Free Distribution of Eye Glass and Drugs to over 5,000 people in Share community of Ifelodun Local Government Area, Kwara state.

The Ojomu Foundation, who in her community efforts provided Free Mobile Medical Test , Free Distribution of Eye Glass and Drugs, said about 5,000 people were successfully treated and their health status improved in Share, Ifelodun Local Government Area of Kwara State free of charge.

The event which took place at Share Town Hall at the weekend went on smoothly.

In his remarks, the Founder of Ojomu Foundation, Honourable Abdulateef Babatunde Ojomu disclosed that his mission towards the foundation is to start with the people of Ifelodun Local Government Area before he can proceed to other wards in general.

He added that the health improvement of his people is much Paramount in his heart, pointing out that health is wealth.

He explained further that the foundation did not only cover eye glass but also ought to diagonise people for other common illness in the society which are high blood pressure and diabetics.

Earlier in his remarks, the Olupako of Share Oba Haruna Suleiman thanked Almighty Allah who sent Honourable Abdullateef Babatunde Ojomu and invested huge amount of money to Officially flag – Off this project in his domain for benefit of his people at Share in Ifelodun Local Government Area of Kwara State.

The Olupako prayed Almighty Allah to continue enrich the purse of the founder of Ojomu Foundation and give him the ability to sustain it in all other wards.

Oba Haruna also prayed that his mission towards the foundation would be achieved.

While speaking at the occasion,the Chairman of the occasion, Senator Rafiu Ibrahim, Who was represented at occasion by Alhaji Lukman Omolewa appealed to those whose children’s have not clocked the age of 18 years during the last political election to encourage their wards to go for the new personal voters registration which is ongoing in various local government to enable them vote for their right candidate in the forthcoming 2023 election.

Earlier before the official flag-Off of the Foundation,the Chairman of the Kwara State Elders Forum, Engr. Kola Shittu thanked Almighty Allah and Ojomu Foundation for making the day a reality.

Engr. Kola who was represented at the occasion by Chief Akogun of Oke-Ode appealed to Youths of Share to remain calm and not engage in conflict with one another.noting that vision is important part of the body.
