Kwara South: Sir Bisi Fakayode Announces Suspension of Proposed Official Launch of Security Network

The National President of Omo Ibile Igbomina, Sir Bisi Fakayode, has announced the suspension of the proposed official launch of the Iru Ekun Security Network, earlier scheduled to hold on Wednesday, 15th July, 2026, at Igbomina House, Ganmo, Ifelodun LGA, Kwara State.
In a statement signed by Adewumi Adekunle James, Press Secretary to the National President, Omo Ibile Igbomina, the suspension became necessary to perfect logistics for the event.
Consequently, the programme has been suspended until further notice.
Speaking on the development, Sir Bisi Fakayode stated:
“We appreciate the understanding, patience, and unwavering support of our people. Be assured that a new date for the programme will be communicated.”
The National President expressed his profound appreciation to traditional rulers, community leaders, political office holders, youth and women groups, security stakeholders, and the good people of Ibolo, Ekiti, and Igbomina for their overwhelming support, commitment, and enthusiasm towards the initiative.
