Dr Alabi Congratulates Newly Elected APC National Leaders, Calls for Unity, Renewed Commitment

A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kwara State and governorship aspirant, Dr. Alabi Oluwatoyin Tajudeen (AOT), has extended his warm congratulations to the newly elected National Chairman of the party, Prof. Nentawe Goshwe Yilwatda, as well as other members of the National Working Committee (NWC), following their emergence at the just concluded APC National Convention.
In a statement made available to journalists in Abuja, Dr. Alabi described the outcome of the convention as a reflection of the party’s internal democracy, resilience, and commitment to strengthening its leadership structure ahead of future political engagements.
He commended party delegates and stakeholders across the country for conducting themselves in an orderly and peaceful manner throughout the convention, noting that the process further reinforces APC’s position as a progressive platform capable of managing its internal affairs with maturity and transparency.
Dr. Alabi expressed confidence in the leadership capacity of Prof. Yilwatda, describing him as a seasoned technocrat and administrator whose wealth of experience would be instrumental in repositioning the party for greater success.
According to him, “The emergence of Prof. Nentawe Goshwe Yilwatda as National Chairman, alongside other members of the National Working Committee, is a welcome development that signals continuity, stability, and renewed vigor within our great party.
“Their collective experience and dedication will no doubt strengthen the APC’s internal cohesion and national outlook.”
He further urged the new leadership to prioritize inclusiveness, unity, and effective engagement with party members at all levels, stressing the need to bridge gaps and consolidate on the achievements of previous administrations within the party.
The APC stalwart also called on party members nationwide to rally behind the newly elected leaders, emphasizing that collective support and loyalty are essential for sustaining the party’s dominance and delivering on its promises to Nigerians.
Dr. Alabi reiterated his commitment to the ideals of the APC and pledged his continued support toward initiatives that promote good governance, grassroots development, and socio-economic advancement, particularly in Kwara State.
He also used the opportunity to commend President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for providing visionary leadership and for fostering an enabling environment that has continued to strengthen the party’s internal structures and democratic processes.
