APC Congress: AOT Lauds Gov AbdulRazaq, Prince Fagbemi–Led Executive for Party’s Success

The Kwara State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has been commended for conducting what has been described as a peaceful and well-organised congress, which underscores the party’s unity and preparedness for future political responsibilities.
In a statement issued on Tuesday, by Oluwatoyin Alabi’s head of media team, Christie Doyin, Dr Alabi Oluwatoyin Tajudeen (AOT), a community leader and advocate for good governance, congratulated the Kwara State APC Executive Committee led by Prince Sunday Fagbemi, as well as all newly elected Local Government Area (LGA) and Ward Executives, on the successful completion of the party’s congress.
According to Alabi, the smooth conduct of the exercise reflects the party’s maturity and strong internal structure.
He noted that the outcome signals a Kwara APC that is united, organised, and fully prepared to shoulder responsibilities ahead of the 2027 general elections.

He attributed the prevailing stability within the party to the visionary leadership of AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq and the credible oversight of the APC National Chairman, Nentawe Yilwatda.
Alabi stated that their commitment to fairness and inclusiveness has further strengthened the foundation for collective progress within the party.
Speaking on the newly elected executives, Dr Alabi described leadership as a sacred trust and urged them to discharge their responsibilities with wisdom, equity, and dedication.
He expressed confidence that with a solid and well-coordinated structure in place, the vision of a greater Kwara State remains achievable.
The APC congress across the state was widely seen by party stakeholders as a strategic step toward consolidating unity and enhancing grassroots mobilisation ahead of future electoral engagements.
