Man Set Own House Ablaze Due To Wife Frustration

A man who resides at Lekki Face One Eyenkorin Area in Ilorin Kwara State, has deliberately set his own house on fire due to his wife frustration.

This was made known to newsmen in Ilorin Kwara State in a statement signed and issued by the Head of Department, Media and publicity Kwara State Fire Service Hassan Hakeem Adekunle

The statement read in part “This terrible incident occurred this morning at about 10:28hrs, and one Mr. Kola leaving in the neighborhood was the one who quickly summoned the Brigade for the outbreak.

The Kwara State Fire Service eliminated the ravaging fire on time and also prevented it from escalating to other buildings.

According to the report, the man said he delibrately sprayed his own three bedrooms flat with petrol and then set it on fire due to his wife high frustration.

“Therefore, The Director of State Fire Service, Prince Falade John Olumuyiwa urged the general public to be more vigilant in their homes or offices.”
