I won’t step down for anybody, says Bakare as Bankole, Fayemi, Baderu, Akpabio, Boroffice step down for Tinubu

Pastor Tunde Bakare says he is not stepping down for anybody when he addressed delegates at the ongoing APC convention in Abuja.

He said for Nigeria to grow, the country must do away with the old order.

Meanwhile, former Speaker, Dimeji Bankole has stepped down for Asiwaju Bola Tinubu. In his address, he said he wanted to grow old.

Also, Senator Ajayi Boroffice, has stepped down.

Another aspirant from the north, Jigawa State governor, Badaru Abubakar. has also stepped down for Tinubu.

He said he took the decision in the spirit of brotherhood.

Another aspirant, Senator Ogbonaiya  Onu, has also stepped down for Tinubu.

Governor Kayode Fayemi has also stepped down for Asiwaju Ahmed Tinubu.

Former Akwa Ibom State governor, Goodswill Akpabio has stepped down for Asiwaju Ahmed Tinubu. Also, former Ogun State governor, Ibikunle Amosun has stepped down for the former governor.

Addressing delegates at the ongoing convention in Abuja, Akpabio and Amosun said they doffed their cap for the former Lagos State governor. So far, the two are the first aspirants to step down.
