Ramadan: Prof Wale Sulaiman Gives 1000 Bags Of Rice, Semolina To Muslims

The Asiwaju Ewe of Ajase-Ipo land and President RNZ Foundation, Prof. Wale Sulaiman hosted Ramadan lecture and prayer for fellow Muslims on Friday at his hometown Ajase- Ipo.

A leading Kwara South Senatorial aspirant hosted hundreds of Muslim residents in his hometown of Ajase-Ipo and neighbouring communities at the event.

Speaking at the Ramadan lecture themed: “The reward of one’s love for his community” was organized in honor of the genuine philanthropist, selfless leader, and progressive politician, Prof. Wale Sulaiman.

A renowned Islamic scholar Alhaji Balogun Almooroof lead hundreds of Muslims in the Ramadan prayer session.

The event was witnessed by the Olupo in council, Ajase-ipo council of Ulamah, a former distinguished honorable member of KWHA, Alh. Oladipo Kadir, The DG Asiwaju Ewe Movement, Alh. Abdulfatai Akorede.

The Kwara South Senatorial SDP Chairman, Barr. Rasak Alabi, the Irepodun Local Government SDP Chairman Hon. Yemi Aransiola and his Irepodun SDP youth leader Comr. John Adefila amongst other important dignitaries.

The event also witnessed a large turnout of religious leaders, dignitaries, Muslims, Islamic associations, and students that graced the Ramadan event.

Choicereporters noted that Prof. Wale Sulaiman distributed over 1000 bags of Rice and Semolina as his humanitarian gesture to all Muslim faithful present at the event during the holy month of Ramadan.
