Retired Perm Sec Lauds Gov AbdulRazaq’s Achievements

The construction of roads across the nooks and crannies of Kwara State has been described as a positive steps aimed at enhancing and developing the socio economic advancement of the State.

A Retired Permanent Secretary, Kwara State Civil Service, Hajia Bilikis Sanni who stated this in Ilorin in a chat with our correspondents said the Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrasaq led administration had touched the lives of the people with its masses oriented programmes.

Hajia Bilikis Sanni applauded Governor AbdulRasaq for approving the Saint Claires Offa-Ikotun road which she noted would improve the living standard of the people and enhance the transportation of farm produces from the rural areas to the urban centres.

Also in his reaction, the Chairman, Offa Local Government area, Mr. Jare Olatundun who confirmed that construction work had commenced on the road, described it as a relief to the people of the area inview of its socio-economic and agricultural benefits.

Mr. Olatundun pledged the support and loyalty of his people to the present administration and urged the contractor handling the project to do a thorough job.

The Chairman also applauded Governor AbdulRasaq for appointing credible leaders in running the affairs of the State.

He noted that the election of Prince Sunday Fagbemi as the APC Chairman in Kwara State was a round peg in a round hole inview of his acceptability, Sterling qualities and his leadership acumen.

Mr Olatundun pledged their support to the second bid ambition of Governor Abdulrasaq.
