Institute of Arts Management and Professional Studies appoints Whitehorse Chairman into Governing Council

A prestigious and World-class Institute of Arts Management and Professional Studies (IAMPS) located in Owerri, Imo state capital has appointed the Chairman of Whitehorse Group Limited, Dr. Paul Ndi Oyemike into her Governing Council.
