Kwara Police Commissioner assures residents of security

The Commisssioner of Police Kwara state Command ,Tuesday Assayomo, has assured that adequate arrangements has been put in place to ensure security of lives and property in the nooks and crannies of the state.

Assayomo gave the assurance during his maiden press briefing at the Police headquarters in Ilorin.

He said the command strategies of Police will be structured inline with the International best practices.

According to him the command will make the state uncomfortable for kidnappers and other criminal elements in the state.

Assayomo said a strong team has been constituted to make a wide investigations on the activities of Cultists and Cyber -criminals in the state.

He warned criminals to turn a new leaf or relocate from the state.

The state Police boss said the command will prosecute any criminal caught in accordance with the provissions of the law.

Assayomo assured that the command will collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure safety and security in the state.
