Protesting JUSUN members in Ilorin

Members of Judicial Staff Union of Nigeria (JUSUN) ,Kwara state branch have stagged a peaceful protest to press home their demand over financial autonomy for Judiciary.

The protesting Judicial staff carrying placards withl different inscriptions besieged government house gate to register their grievances.

Speaking with Journalists on the development the Kwara state Chairman of Judicial Staff Union of Nigeria , (JUSUN), Comrade Ibrahim Sambo said they are seeking for judicial autonomy to allow independence for the Judiciary.

He said the arrangements being run now does not allow the Judiciary to exercise it’s full potential.

Sambo urged the state government to intervene to make their dream a reality.

In his response govenor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazq, Spokesman Rafiu Ajakaye assured them that the state government will deliver their message to the appropriate quarter.
