Willian finally says goodbye to Chelsea fans after spending 7 years

Chelsea winger Willian has officially shared his open letter to Chelsea fans as he finally says goodbye to the club he spent seven years playing for.
Chelsea signed Willian from Anzhi Makhachkala for £30 million on August 25th, 2013. The Brazilian has made 339 appearances for the Blues in all competitions, scoring only 63 goals.
The former Chelsea player of the year have been an important key player for Frank Lampard throughout this season as he made 47 appearances for the Blues in all competitions for the 2019/2020 season, racking up 11 goals.
Willian won two Premier League titles, one FA Cup, one Carabao Cup and one Europa League cup during the seven years he spent with Chelsea.
In Willian’s open letter he dropped for Chelsea fans on his verified twitter page, he stated that it has been a wonderful seven years playing for Chelsea which he claimed it has been his best decision.
He also revealed that there were so many happy times as well as sad times, as well as winning trophies which he claimed it was intense.
Willian further stated that each training session, each game he played for Chelsea and every minute he spent in the dressing room made him a better player and that he learnt a lot.
Willian is grateful to Chelsea fans as they welcomed him affectionately throughout his stay at Chelsea and he also thanked them for their criticism which made him better.
Willian revealed that the time has come for him to say goodbye as he will miss the staffs and the entire Chelsea fans. (C/R)
