NYSCNew state coordinator assumes office in Bauchi

A newly posted Coordinator of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has assumed office in Bauchi state.

This is contained in a statement by Mr Unogwu Jacob, the Public Relations Officer of NYSC in the state on Thursday.

According to Jacob, the new Coordinator, Mr Kufre Umoren hailed from Akwa-Ibom state.

“I wish to inform the general public that a new state coordinator has been appointed for NYSC Bauchi state

“Mr. Kufre is a graduate of accountancy from the University of Jos, Plateau State and he also holds an MILA from the University of Uyo, Akwa Ibom state.

The new state coordinator, who is a Certified National Accountant, was appointed state coordinator, NYSC Bauchi state, on 23 May, 2025 and took over from his predecessor, Mrs Rifkatu Yakubu on May 29, 2025.
