Kwara Gov Redeploys Ministry of Health’s Perm Sec., Dr. Abubakar Ayinla
The Kwara State Commissioner for Health, Dr. Amina Ahmed El-lmam, has lauded the exemplary dedication of the recently redeployed Permanent Secretary, Dr. Abubakar Olayiwola Ayinla, describing him as a diligent and hard working officer, who is worthy of emulation.
The Commissioner stated this on Monday, during the valedictory and handing over ceremony of the out gone Permanent Secretary, in her office.
Dr. El-lmam, in a statement, expressed deep appreciation for Dr. Ayinla’s outstanding performance while in the ministry, emphasizing that “his diligent service has significantly improved the reputation of Kwara State, Ministry of Health, within and outside the state.
While lauding Dr. Ayinla’s dedication to work, El-Imam prayed that the Almighty Allah guide and guard him as he continues to contribute to the advancement of the healthcare services in the state.
The Commissioner, thereafter, called upon the entire management and staff of the ministry, to extend their full hands of fellowship to the newly redeployed Permanent Secretary, Alhaja Ibrahim Afusat Adenike, by giving her a hundred percent cooperation, adding that they maintain the usual momentum of progress within the ministry.
Responding, the out going Permanent Secretary, Dr. Abubakar Ayinla conveyed his profound gratitude to the Commissioner and the entire Ministry of Health, for their unwavering support throughout his tenure of office while at the ministry.
Dr. Ayinla charged the staff to remain steadfast in delivering top-notch healthcare services to both the government and people of Kwara State.
Dr. Ayinla was recently redeployed to the State Ministry of Environment, while Alhaja Ibrahim Afusat Adenike, was redeployed to the Ministry of Health, from the Ministry of Environment.
He, therefore, pledged his continued commitment to supporting the state’s health sector development initiatives.
In a separate development, the State Ministry of Health received a state-of-the-art 2022 model SUV from the National Malaria Elimination Programme (NMEP), the principal recipient of the Global Fund Grant Circle 7 in Kwara State.
The vehicles, which were donated to both Kwara and Gombe States by NMEP, is aimed at ensuring seamless implementation of Global Fund activities.
