Gunmen Kill Five in Kasada Village in Abuja , FCT

Kuje.(Abuja-FCT) Inhabitants of Kasada village in Kuje Area Council of Abuja, FCT have been rattled and are now in palpable fear following the invasion of their village and killing of five persons by gunmen in one night.

Reliable sources informed Flowerbudnews that the incident occurred in the early hours of Friday, December 22 when the unknown gunmen invaded Kasada, a village after Gaube, between 2am and 3 am.
The sources told Flowerbudnews that the gunmen raided houses and grabbed six people from their homes, including an elderly man and his son.
Flowerbudnews learnt that the victims were moved out of the village and headed towards Kuje.
Five of the victims were shot and killed in cold blood by the gunmen who spared only the elderly man whose son was not so lucky as he was killed along with the four others.
The gunmen then buried the dead bodies in a shallow grave and fled back towards Kuje.
Flowerbudnews learnt that in the morning, the villagers began searching and found the elderly man toward kuje,. The Baba then took his kinsmen to the spot where his son and the four others were buried.
Sources told Flowerbudnews that the villagers reported the sad incident to nearby security authorities before exhuming the bodies and gave them proper burial on Friday last week.
The video recording of part of the re-burial of the victims in Kasada was made available to Flowerbudnews and has been posted as the featured image.
The reliable sources also told Flowerbudnews that the re-burial was accidentally witnessed by some security personnel who were on normal security patrol to the area unaware of the incident.
However, Flowerbudnews learnt that the security personnel interacted with the elderly man who survived the incident and also spoke to the chief of the village. (Flowerbudnews)
