APC Candidate Urges INEC To Improve On Logistics To Ease Voting

Magaji Oba Abdulkadir, the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) representing Magaji Ngeri Constituency, has urged the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to improve on its logistics to ease voting exercise for electorate on March 11 election.

Abdulkadir, who is a candidate in the forthcoming Governorship and Kwara State House of Assembly General Election made this call while addressing the journalists on Tuesday in Ilorin.

He said INEC should ensure election process starts at the specified time in the various polling units so that collation exercise will be done under a good weather that will not require hiring generator to power light for the INEC officials.

He, however, ascribed the victories recorded across board for the APC at the presidential election to the good performance of Gov. AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, saying people voted massively for his party to show their appreciation.

Abdulkadir who is riding on his late brother ticket, said being a lawyer, he’s a good candidate to represent his people in the legislative house to make laws that will better their lives for good.

He also revealed that his paramount agenda will be to ensure his people are well taken care off particularly the widows and the less privileged within his first one hundred days in office.

He urged the Commissioner of Police, CP. Paul Odama, to ensure that more security agents were provided for each polling unit in the forthcoming governorship and House of Assembly polls in Kwara State.

He appealed to the residents of Kwara to vote massively for APC candidate from up to down. (NAN)
