Retirement: Family, Friends, Associates Rejoice With Kwara NOA Ex-Deputy Director

It was a celebration galore as family, friends, associates and well wishers rejoice with Babaijo Otepola Adeolu Adetoyese Jp, (Ex-Deputy Director PRS DEPT Kwara NOA Office Ilorin) on his retirement thanksgiving held at 1, Harmony Estate Sobi Road Ilorin. Kwara State on Monday.

Dignitaries at the event who gave testimony of the celebrant described him as value oriented, goal getter, good Christian, proactive, good role model, punctual, meticulous, hard working, kind, giver, impactful, resilient, dogmatic, archive of the family, army civilian and does not discriminate against anybody

Mr Babaijo Otepola Adeolu Adetoyese Jp was also commended for his contribution to the development of Harmony Estate Ilorin where he lives.

Kwara State Director, National Orientation Agency Mr Olusegun Adeyemi who appreciated Mr Babaijo Otepola Adetoyese Jp for his quality delivery of service added that the celebrant is Proactive and not tired.

“If you are not proactive you can not work with him, I wish him the best in his retirement, God will renew his strength and establish his presence in him.”

The Kwara NOA boss who described the retirement as stepping stone to greater height urged staff of the agency to emulate the proactivenes and good work of the celebrant just as the Kwara NOA staff appreciated the celebrant for mentoring them and his contribution in office

Mr Babaijo Otepola Adeolu Adetoyese Jp, however, expressed gratitude to God for what he has done in his life

He said, “my life has been saved so many times, I had so many accident but I survive. I started work 1st January 1988 I was the first admin officer in Kwara state. I want to bless God, is a long journey that was old Kwara State now there is Kwara, there is Kogi.

“I embarked on a tour of the whole Kwara State one day in December distributing the Visit of Mr President to all Local government chairman one single day in the same Kwara State, God save me that day. I appreciate God. I retired first January 2023” he said

On his advice to the staff, he said
“My orientation is different you heard it the way they said it I go to work very early. They should do their best too to make Nigeria great. Nigeria will only be great if everybody does his own act very well” he added.

Prince Abiodun Otepola who spoke on behalf of the family described the celebrant as role model, protocol added that the family is enjoying the benefit of what he has done.

High point of the event was the cutting of cake, dance, wine and dine.
