Kwara Fire Service Embarks On Public Enlightenment To Curb Disaster

Nigerians have again been advised to be alive to their responsibilities and play active role in the task of building an egalitarian society.
Director, Kwara State Fire Service, Prince John Falade gave the charge while educating market men and women at Ago, Offa, Omu Aran and Mandate markets on the danger of fire disaster among others.
Prince Falade lectured them on the various preventive methods to reduce the frequent fire outbreak urging them to be conscious and always switch off electrical appliances when not in use.
The Director reiterated the determination of the officers and men of the service in responding promptly to emergency calling on the people not to hesitate in contacting the organization to safe lives and property.
Responding, the Iyaloja of Ago market, Alhaja Hawawu Mustapha appreciated Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRasaq for his support and applauded the officers and men of the State Fire Service for their audacious performance.
