Dr. Oluwatoyin Alabi Salutes Olomu of Omupo on Birthday, Describes Monarch as Pillar of Cultural Stability

Dr. Oluwatoyin Alabi has joined sons and daughters of Omupo, traditional leaders, and well-wishers in celebrating the birthday of the Olomu of Omupo,
His Royal Highness, Oba Buari Yakub Adebayo, describing the revered monarch as a stabilising force in the preservation of culture, peace, and communal harmony.
In a goodwill message made available to the press, Dr. Alabi praised the Olomu’s calm leadership style and deep commitment to the values of unity, respect, and peaceful coexistence, noting that his reign has continued to strengthen social cohesion within Omupo and its neighbouring communities.
According to him, the monarch’s fatherly disposition and accessibility have earned him the trust and admiration of his people, while his wisdom and traditional authority have played a vital role in resolving disputes and fostering understanding at the grassroots level.
“Traditional institutions remain the moral backbone of our communities, and the Olomu of Omupo has continued to exemplify the dignity, patience, and wisdom expected of a custodian of our heritage,” Dr. Alabi said.
He further commended the monarch for his consistent support for initiatives aimed at community development and youth engagement, stressing that peaceful communities provide the foundation for meaningful progress and sustainable growth.
Dr. Alabi offered prayers for long life, sound health, and renewed strength for the Olomu, wishing him many more years of impactful service to his people and the traditional institution.
