Respected community leader and entrepreneur, Dr. Oluwatoyin Alabi, has joined family members, friends, and associates in celebrating the former Nigerian diplomat, Dr. Monisoye Afolabi, as he marks his 75th birthday.
In a goodwill message, Dr. Alabi described Dr. Afolabi as “a man of enviable intellect, sterling character, and uncommon patriotism,” whose distinguished contributions to diplomacy, governance, and community development have earned him enduring respect both at home and abroad.
He noted that Dr. Afolabi’s exemplary service to Nigeria — particularly his representation of the nation with dignity and excellence in various international assignments — stands as a testament to his unwavering commitment to national progress and global harmony.
Dr. Alabi further commended the celebrant’s humility, wisdom, and dedication to humanity, adding that these virtues have continued to inspire many within and beyond Kwara State.
“Dr. Monisoye Afolabi represents the best of our values — integrity, service, humility and leadership by example as the National President of the Omupo Descendants Union, Ifelodun Local Government Area of Kwara State.
His milestone at 75 is not just a personal celebration but a reminder of what steadfastness and grace can achieve over decades of purposeful living,” Dr. Alabi remarked.
