Iran Launches 3rd Missile Attack Against Israel, Targets Civilian Areas

 

Tens of ballistic missiles are currently being fired over Israel.

Air raid sirens are blaring throughout central Israel and the Jerusalem region after Iran launched a barrage of ballistic missiles.

The IDF is actively intercepting the incoming missiles. Residents in affected areas are being told to stay inside bomb shelters until further instructions are given.

Sirens are now also being reported in northern Israel as the missile assault continues.

The Israeli police officer was seen pulling a baby from the rubble of a destroyed home following a recent Iranian missile strike.

The emotional rescue underscores the human cost of Tehran’s targeting of civilian areas.

“I’m here in Bat Yam with Home Front Command forces and emergency responders. On behalf of all the people of Israel, I express sorrow over the loss of life here. Our hearts are with the families.

It is crucial to follow the Home Front Command’s instructions. Those who did and stayed in protected areas were saved. Sadly, those who didn’t were hurt.

We are in a battle for existence—today, every Israeli understands this. Imagine what would happen if Iran had a nuclear weapon to drop on our cities.

Imagine what would happen if Iran had 20,000 of these missiles—not one, but 20,000. That is an existential threat to Israel.

That’s why we have launched a war of salvation against a double annihilation threat, and we are doing so with strength. Our soldiers, our pilots are in the skies above Iran.

Iran will pay a very heavy price for the deliberate murder of civilians—women and children. We will achieve our goal and strike them with a mighty blow. They will feel the strength of our arm.

Until then, and during this war, I ask you, citizens of Israel, follow the Home Front Command’s instructions. It will save your life.

The Prime Minister was accompanied by the Defense Minister, Energy Minister, Police Commissioner, Fire and Rescue Commissioner, the Mayor of Bat Yam, and the Chairman of the Local Government Association.
