KWASU Refutes Affiliation with Lamido School of Hygiene and Health Sciences, Gombe
The management of Kwara State University (KWASU), Malete, has refuted any connection with Lamido School of Hygiene and Health Sciences, Gombe, following fraudulent claims of an affiliation between the two institutions.
In a statement issued by the Registrar of KWASU, Dr. Kikelomo W. Sallee, and made available to journalists in Ilorin, the university clarified that it has no partnership with Lamido School of Hygiene and Health Sciences or any of its study centres in Gombe or elsewhere.
“KWASU states emphatically that it has no affiliation with Lamido School of Hygiene and Health Sciences or any of its Study Centres in Gombe state or in any location.
The public is thus alerted that anyone who transacts with Lamido School of Hygiene and Health Sciences with the aim of securing admission into KWASU does so at their risk,” the statement read.
The university urged the public to disregard the misleading advertisement and warned against engaging with fraudulent agents claiming to offer admission through unverified affiliations.
