Dalung Backs National Youth Alliance Ahead of 2027 Elections

 

Abuja, Nigeria – Former Minister of Youth and Sports, Solomon Dalung, has publicly endorsed the National Youth Alliance (NYA) in their bid for the 2027 elections.

A delegation from the NYA, led by Deputy National Chairman South, Comrade Osinachi Mbaoma, visited Dalung at his Abuja residence on Sunday, expressing concern over the state of the nation and seeking his support in their movement to rescue Nigeria.

According to a statement by the Special Adviser to the National Chairman/Youth President on Media and Publicity, Hon. Jacob Dickson, the delegation included the NYA Secretary General, Hon. Tamunotonye Samuel Inioribo; Director of Finance and Administration, Hon. Abdulhamid Dankyarko; Zonal Director for Northcentral, Adaji Ocholi Samuel; Special Adviser to the National Chairman/Youth President on Political Affairs, Hon. Babangida Aliyu; FCT Director, Hon. Rikky Nwajiofor; Kogi State Director, Comrade Abel Salami; Special Adviser to the Northwest Director, Hon. Toba Owojaiye; Kogi State Youth Leader, Comrade Suleiman oyibo; and Alhaji Shamsuddeen Abdallah.

Dalung expressed his support for the NYA’s vision and ideals, emphasizing the need for youth empowerment and active participation in the political process.

He praised the organization’s efforts in mobilizing young Nigerians to take an active role in shaping the country’s future.

Dalung’s endorsement is a significant boost to the NYA’s campaign, given his influence and experience in the political landscape.

His support is expected to inspire more young people to join the movement and work towards a common goal of positive change in Nigeria.
