Perm Sec Works Ministry Visit Kwara Fire Service

Alhaji M. M. Abdullahi, the newly appointed Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Works and Transport, on Wednesday, embarked on a visit to the Kwara State Fire Service Brigade Headquarters.

This is contained in a statement signed by Hassan Adekunle,  Head of Department,  Media and Publicity in Ilorin on Wednesday.

He was accompanied by other esteemed Directors from the ministry.

During this visit, Alhaji Abdullahi received a guided tour of the Brigade Headquarters’ premises.

Subsequently, in the office of the Director of the Kwara State Fire Service, Prince Falade John, the Director extended a warm welcome to the Permanent Secretary and his delegation.

Director Falade John Olumuyiwa expressed his appreciation for the visit and took the opportunity to highlight both the challenges and accomplishments of the Kwara State Fire Service.

In response, the Permanent Secretary conveyed his satisfaction with the state of the department and pledged to address the issues facing the Kwara State Fire Service promptly.

In a final show of appreciation, Director John expressed gratitude to the Permanent Secretary for his kind gesture.

The occasion concluded with a group photograph featuring the guests and the principal officer of the Fire Service
