APC Vice Chairman Resigns

The National Vice Chairman (Northwest) of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Dr. Salihu Mohd. Lukman has resigned from the party.

It was gathered that Lukman, who is seen as a controversial figure, resigned from the APC’s highest administrative office with immediate effect.

His letter of resignation addressed to the Acting National Chairman of Senator Abubakar Kyari was dated July 26, 2023.

He becomes the third NWC to have resigned from the committee in the last week.

Choicereporters recall that the National Chairman, Senator Abdullahi Adamu and National Secretary, Senator Iyiola Omisore tendered their resignation last Monday.
