Kwara Govt Declares Wednesday Work Free For PVC Collection

Kwara Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has declared Wednesday, Jan 25 work free day for the Civil Servants to enable them collect their Permanent Voter Cards

This is contained in a statement signed by the Head of Service (HoS), Mrs Susan Modupe Oluwole on Tuesday in Ilorin.

Kwara State Governor, His Excellency, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazak has graciously approved the declaration of Wednesday, January 25, 2023 a work free day for the State Civil Servants.

“This is to give an ample time to the workers to get their Permanent Voters Card (PVC) from the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to enable them participate actively in the upcoming general election,” the statement said.

The Head of Service therefore advised those that were yet to get their voters card to use the opportunity o the work free day and collect their PVC

“All those that are yet to get their voters card are admonished toi mmediately do so before the expiration of the collection date,” Oluwole added.
